1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fleece AI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fleece AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Fleece AI is a delegative AI workspace and automation platform that allows users to assign tasks to autonomous AI agents. These agents execute workflows on your behalf, connecting to over 3,000 third-party applications via Pipedream integrations. The Service includes, but is not limited to, AI-powered task execution, workflow automation, app integrations, and related features.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate.
  • Keep your password secure and confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
  • Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
  • Abuse, overload, or interfere with the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Service.
  • Circumvent any security measures, rate limits, or access controls implemented by the Service.
  • Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or malicious content.
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and content, is the property of Fleece AI and is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create or upload through the Service.

By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data or AI-generated outputs produced on your behalf.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party applications and services via integrations powered by Pipedream. These third-party services are governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party integrations is at your own risk, and you are responsible for reviewing and complying with any applicable third-party terms.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, execute tasks, and provide recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete information.

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it or taking any action based on it. Fleece AI does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output for any particular purpose.

8. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

  • You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your selected subscription plan.
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
  • If payment fails, we may suspend or downgrade your account until the outstanding balance is resolved.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fleece AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the Service. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data after a reasonable retention period following termination, unless retention is required by law.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware.
