Privacy Policy
Last updated: February 10, 2026
Fleece AI ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and platform at fleece-ai.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile information provided through your authentication provider (such as Google OAuth). If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing details processed securely through Stripe.
Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, task and workflow configurations, AI agent interactions, timestamps, and referring URLs.
Device and Technical Data
We collect device type, operating system, browser type, IP address, and general location data to ensure the Service functions properly and to improve your experience.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide and maintain the Service — including executing AI agent workflows, processing tasks, and managing your account.
- Improve and develop the product — analyzing usage patterns to enhance features, performance, and reliability.
- Communicate with you — sending service updates, security alerts, and, with your consent, product announcements.
- Process payments — handling subscriptions and billing through our payment processor.
- Ensure security — detecting and preventing fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate with and rely on trusted third-party services to operate the platform. These providers have their own privacy policies and data practices:
- Google OAuth — for account authentication and sign-in.
- Pipedream — for workflow integrations with 3,000+ apps. Data passes through Pipedream when your agents interact with connected services.
- AI Providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI) — to power AI agent capabilities. Your task prompts and relevant context are sent to these providers for processing. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.
- Neon (PostgreSQL) — for secure, serverless database hosting.
- Vercel — for application hosting and edge delivery.
- Stripe — for payment processing. We never store your full credit card details on our servers.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encryption at rest for stored data, secure authentication protocols, and regular security audits. While no system is 100% secure, we are committed to safeguarding your information and promptly addressing any security incidents.
5. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion — request deletion of your personal data and account.
- Export — request a portable copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from promotional communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at contact@fleeceai.agency. We will respond to your request within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Service:
- Essential cookies — required for authentication, security, and core functionality.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how you use the Service so we can improve it.
- Preference cookies — remember your settings and preferences across sessions.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect the functionality of the Service.
7. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements.
8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 16, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
